TechOps Engineer

As an Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Operations team and be accountable for ensuring uptime of the production environment. You are organized, self-motivated, a team player, and are able to actively participate in the exchange of ideas with peers and management. You will have the opportunity to work independently as well as with a great team of Operational Analysts. You will work on important and exciting projects that will shape the future of Paymentus! Manage and drive critical operations tasks within the organization Respond to, research, and resolve production problems in accordance with Paymentus policy. - Monitor the production platform using tools such as Cacti, Nagios, ELK.
