Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance Manager (9+ years) has the prior experience to manage support projects.
Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, UK Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.
Proficient in maintaining and supporting GW applications, enhancements, conducting testing, and managing deployments.
Manages the Guidewire CC Configuration and Integration.
Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
