As a Technology Manager, you'll lead the post-migration roadmap for Hightouch and collaborate with global partners on email, push, and SMS initiatives. You'll drive software delivery that aligns with business goals and oversees the resolution of production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine and execute Hightouch roadmap across regions
• Plan email, push, and SMS initiatives globally
• Manage Data and Application Engineers and QAs
• Lead incident resolution aligned with management standards
• Build strong partnerships with global stakeholders
Requirements:
• 10+ years in application or enterprise technology
• 4+ years managing engineering teams
