Job Description
• Lead hands-on deployments and decommissioning of POS and hospitality technology solutions across 40+ schools within the west coast region (California, Nevada, Arizona)
 • Provide technical support for POS systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and staff training.
 • Act as the escalation point for advanced technical issues during deployments (2nd/3rd level), collaborating with support teams and vendors to resolve complex challenges.
 • Guide customers through transitions to new POS platforms, including data management, integration, and platform optimization.
 • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
 • Communicate status updates proactively to regional leadership and stakeholders, flagging potential issues before they impact operations
