Technology Architect - CX Fusion Service Cloud

Infosys is seeking a Technical Architect with experience on Oracle CX Cloud including implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud and related modules and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Service, complemented by a broad understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud, Redwood UI, Visual Builder and Oracle Integration Cloud.The Technical Architect is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day support operations, managing a team of support analysts/engineers, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining high service availability.
