Utility industry experience 
Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) 
Dunning and Collections 
Security Deposits 
Payment Processing 
Refunds and Write-offs 
SIT/UAT experience 
Data Migration and Reconciliation experience 
Nice to Have North American utility experience 
Retail Choice / IDE exposure
