About the Role
Shape the future of convenience by training technicians at 7-Eleven. This role focuses on hands-on training and assessment of new techs while managing equipment maintenance and repairs.
As a Technician Trainer, you will guide apprentices and ensure they meet required competencies across various systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and executing follow-up assessments to assist in their development, all while complying with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training and evaluations for new technicians
• Manage service requests for diverse equipment
• Oversee apprentices in their training process
• Keep detailed logs of training and assessments
• Perform coaching during site evaluations
Requirements:
• Completed High School or GED
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
