Job Overview

At Volvo Construction Equipment you will be responsible for performing Volvo CE repair and maintenance work, both in workshops and at job sites, in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The incumbent is a front‑line employee with direct customer contact and contributes to the dealer's success. In addition to technical skills, people skills are important for effective customer relationship management and decision making. The incumbent must be able to work independently.

Main Tasks

• Perform all services and repairs on Volvo CE machines in workshop and job site.
• Work safely, use safe techniques and be responsible for OJT safety practices.
• Complete all job cards, reports and claims after each job.
• Maintain a clean work area, field vehicle and proper use of tools and equipment at workshop and field.
