Job Description
Facilities Tasks
Maintain building utilities (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, steam, compressed air).
Ensure safety systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, emergency lights).
Handle water treatment, waste disposal, and general factory upkeep.
Production Equipment Tasks
Service fermentation tanks, mixers, pumps, and piping.
Maintain filtration, pasteurization, and sterilization systems.
Repair and calibrate bottling, packaging, weighing, and measuring machines.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Keep maintenance records for compliance and audits.
Support production and quality teams to ensure smooth factory operations.
