**Description**
**Position Summary:** Responsible to install, maintain, repair and preventative maintenance for campus wide plumbing, HVAC, and residential and commercial utility distribution systems while communicating with the Supervisor/Manager of repair needs and priorities. Provide backup for the maintenance department as assigned.
**Essential Job Functions:**
1. Install, repair and maintain all plumbing systems campus wide including residential/ commercial buildings.
2. Able to read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout of utilities and drainage systems.
3. Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify, schedule and repair/ replace worn parts and equipment.
4. Assist with scope of work on contract and in-house repairs and locate needed parts and materials to complete the assigned project.
