We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Technician to support the maintenance operations across our co-living properties. The role will primarily focus on painting works, with additional responsibilities involving general repair and handyman tasks.

Approximately 80% of the job scope will involve painting-related duties , while the remaining 20% will cover general maintenance and minor repair works.

• Carry out painting work, including surface preparation, patching, and finishing across rooms, corridors, and other shared spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that building facilities and common areas are well-maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards.
