About the Role
Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for residential building facilities and common areas.
Attend to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and minor maintenance breakdowns within the residence.
Perform routine inspections and ensure all building systems are functioning properly.
Monitor and maintain facilities equipment such as lighting, pumps, panels, access systems, and common area utilities.
Support daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Assist in energy-saving and continuous improvement initiatives for the property.
Ensure all maintenance works are carried out safely and in accordance with standard procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and security personnel when required.
Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance-related complaints or requests.
