Job Overview
- To ensure the production of flour is within customer specification and achieve good flour extraction.
Job Responsibilities
- Checking the condition of cleaning and milling machines.
- Magnet cleaning on daily basis.
- QC sampling to lab on cleaning, mixing and milling process.
- Record the sampling based on its frequency and process activities for reference.
- Adjust machine according to product suitability.
- Cleaning and servicing machines.
- Record CCP activities based on its frequency.
- Flour and wheat measurement on daily basis.
- Conduct milling (Pekar & Break Release) test when necessary.
Education & Qualification
- Fresh diploma graduate or 1 year of working experience in flour milling industry.
