Technician (Copier)

Monthly Salary: $2,500 - $2,900 (depending on experience) + Allowances

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: South (near Labrador MRT station) – Shuttle service to Queenstown MRT

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm

• Provide on-site service related activities at customer’s premises, including but not limited to:
• Perform corrective maintenance on Multi‑Functional Printer (MFP).
• Repair and troubleshoot MFP hardware and software on site.
• Update completed service jobs in CRM and clear parts used in SAP system.
• Set up machine (install printer drivers and scanning setup) for newly purchased MFP at customer premises.
• Provide administrative support to the service team: report updates, payment collection, ordering service parts, etc.

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
