Job Scope – Mechanical / Electrical Assembly Technician Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or both mechanical and electrical assembly of machine modules, complete machines, and sub-assemblies.
- Perform machine assembly according to manufacturing work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures.
- For mechanical assembly:
- Install machine parts, components, frames, and structures according to mechanical drawings.
- Perform fitting, alignment, fastening, and adjustment of machine components.
- For electrical assembly:
- Carry out electrical wiring, cable routing, wire harnessing, panel wiring, and connection works based on electrical schematics and circuitry blueprints.
