The technician will provide first-line and high-level desktop support, maintain system reliability, and assist with network and server administration under the guidance of the IT Manager. The role focuses on ensuring end‑user productivity, data protection, and efficient IT operations.

• Provide first-line and high-level support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
