Technical Writer

This is a contract for nine months, with the possibility to extend up to 12 months if required. Must be located within driving distance to the Halifax office. In-person training required for two weeks, and after that we expect one day a week in the office.

You’ll join the Product Content team within Customer Experience (CX), where writers, designers, strategists, localization specialists, and project managers collaborate to create clear, personalized content. We work closely with UX, engineering, and product teams to deliver experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and impactful.
