Job overview and responsibilities
- Provides administrative and transactional support for authoring and editing of manuals and/or maintenance task cards used to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Collect source documents, revise and maintain library requirements for technical manuals, company manuals, or task cards according to approved change request documents and internal standard procedures.
- Initiates basic technical document changes in accordance with United Airlines policy
- Perform peer-to-peer reviews and routine audits to ensure compliance to company and regulatory standards.
