About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, structured documentation including SOPs and Knowledge Base articles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update SOPs & KB content Work with SMEs to simplify complex information
- Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and usability
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in technical writing/documentation (3 - 5 years)
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, ServiceNow, or SharePoint
Required Skills and Experience:
- Content Creation & Updates: Research, design, write, and maintain high-quality SOPs, user guides, release notes, and internal KB articles.
- Lifecycle Management: Regularly audit the existing document repository to archive outdated information and ensure all content reflects current systems and policies.
