About the Role
The Technical Writer is responsible for the creation of technical documentation that clarifies the product’s technical specifications, features, and benefits.
The role collaborates with various internal stakeholders, including the Development team, the Product team, the Training Department, and the Sales & Marketing department, utilizing client requirements and scope documents to create technical product documents.
The role engages with the various stakeholders to gather product information, collate this, and craft this into clear, concise technical documents that benefit the company.
