Technical Training Instructor - Industrial & Process Automation

Mission: As part of the ISA Services Delivery team, the Technical Training Instructor is key to delivering impactful Schneider Electric product training to a wide range of audiences, including employees, customers, and partners. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for EcoStruxure products, this role actively drives the development of new training content and supports project execution and service delivery. Key responsibilities: Preparation & Continuous Learning Utilize and continuously improve learning delivery tools and methods Prepare and maintain ISA virtual machines and training environments Stay up to date with industry best practices (e.g., facilitated learning, communities of practice, digital learning formats) Maintain deep expertise in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure solutions Training Delivery Deliver technical training via virtual and in-person formats Support learners before, during, and after instructor-led and self-paced sessions Adapt training delivery to global audiences ...
