Design and deliver technical training programs for the wireline population, supporting safe and consistent service quality across the region.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain wireline technical training content (lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and knowledge checks) covering Open Hole, Cased Hole, Pipe Recovery, Slickline, Tractor operations, and Pressure Control Equipment (PCE).
• Deliver instructor‑led training from training centers and travel to field locations as business needs require.
• Lead classroom and hands‑on practical sessions, ensuring alignment to operational procedures, safety standards, and current equipment/tooling configurations.
• Participate in the Competency Management System (CMS) and Competency Management Program (CMP) development, including competency definitions, learning paths, and assessment criteria for wireline services.
