Technical Training Operations Coordinator Location: On-site (Data Center / Metro) Mission: To execute the logistics, data administration, and reporting necessary to ensure a 100% qualified technical workforce. Core Responsibilities 1. Metrics & Health Reporting Data Visualization: Maintain site-level 'heat-maps' to identify qualification gaps across shifts and teams. Reporting Cadence: Execute the weekly generation of Technical Qualification Plan (TQP) health metrics for local leadership. Validation: Ensure the accuracy of local training data, serving as the 'Single Source of Truth' for site qualification status. 2. LMS & Data Administration System Custodian: Act as the Local Liaison for the Learning Management System (LMS). Roster Hygiene: Update and manage the training enrollments for the Metro/Site, ensuring alignment with current headcount.
