Manages the over-all technical training of the company Conducts/creates Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Handles technical training administration and implementation Updates the training data base Encodes/emails Training Evaluations/Assessments Evaluates training feedback and revises technical programs as needed Handles the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation of applicable trainings Other important tasks needed to meet business priorities Graduate of Civil Engineering Professional license is preferred but not required At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Has experience in Training or Academe Special Training: COSH or BOSH Training With Project Management Skills (PMBOK)
