About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to manage Application Management Services (AMS) for a major SAP integration landscape. In this role, you will lead an 8–10-person delivery team focused on SAP PI/PO middleware operations, with additional exposure to ABAP and Java-based components. The position emphasizes operational excellence, SLA management, customer interaction, and technical leadership rather than pure development or architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate an AMS delivery team (8–10 FTE) responsible for SAP PI/PO middleware operations
• Ensure stable and reliable operation of all integration interfaces and related SAP components
• Manage Incident, Problem, and Change processes in accordance with SLAs
• Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for the customer, including escalation and service reporting
