About the Role
Your tasks and responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support for daily team activities, including invoice checking, travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visa) and coordinate schedules. Act as an admin user for our Cloud Fleet Manager (CFM) and be responsible to maintain vessel data, vessel certificates and other documentation up to date while ensuring validity, timely renewal, issuance and distribution. Coordinate and follow up on technical service arrangement with the team ashore and at sea to ensure timely completion and proper execution. Assist in planning, organising and coordinating vessel-related annual services and inspections, including life raft servicing and certificate issuance. Follow up on Stevedore Damages and ensure timely settlement from clients. This requires a close communication across departments, such as Operations and Accounting.
