   The ideal candidate will possess two years of substantial support experience.   

   Knowledge of Windows 10 is preferred and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.   

   Experience with Avaya phones is a plus.   

    Responsibilities:      

   Install, troubleshoot, research and correct desktop application and hardware issues. Must be willing and able to move and install PCs as well as set up and take down equipment used for presentations.
