About the Role
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls in German.
Handling app.
Registering customer requests and building the right relationship with them.
Diagnosing and resolving accepted requests.
Entering data into the system.
Ensuring high quality of customer service.
The main skills we are looking for are:
B2/C1 language skills level for German and B2 language skills level for English.
Good use of PC.
Customer orientation and attention to detail.
High problem-solving capacity.
Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
Previous experience in customer service.
