Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance for Windows servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms (VMware), and airport operational systems.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, LAN environments, routing, and switching operations.

Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for network connectivity, hardware, software, and performance-related incidents.

Perform system health monitoring, backup validation, recovery support, issue resolution, and operational maintenance using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
