Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic system maintenance and updates
- Assist with IT equipment setup and configuration
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and basic networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
