Follow-up on support cases and their documentation
Support the sales team during presentations, exhibitions, and trade shows
Customize instruments and software according to specific customer requirements
Plan and deliver technical demonstrations and product training sessions
Create, translate, and maintain technical product documentation
Contribute to technical differentiation from competitors through strong expertise and customer focus
Monitor competitors and prepare relevant information for the sales team
Analyze and document market requirements
Support the rental pool organization
Work closely with Service and Support teams, particularly in resolving complex technical issues
Act as a technical point of contact for customers at the Vienna sales office
