Technical support Specialist Electrics
Provide technical expertise and support, assisting on‑site or remotely to field technicians with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for the wind turbine’s electrical system.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical/service issues; develop and document technical solutions in incident records and communicate measures to requestors.
- Create knowledge articles and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Identify clusters and prepare issues for product failure analysis; align with relevant stakeholders (engineering, product technical management, and technical management) and regional claim handlers.
- Deliver training on company products, processes, and technologies; select appropriate training aids and ensure participants comply with occupational health and safety rules during training.
