About the Role

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related courses, Has the following certifications: CCNA, MCP, MCSA; Must have strong conversational English, verbal and written communication skills. Must develop and display good decision making skills as it relates to thinking on one’s feet. A deep understanding of the following terms: IP address, MAC address, Subnet mask, Gateway, DNS, NAT, DHCP; Understands Cisco related knowledge: static route, switching, VLAN; Advanced knowledge of email system: Pop, SMTP, IMAP: Advanced knowledge of security: ACL, DHCP Snooping, Port forwarding, Proxy; Modem/router provision knowledge; PBX knowledge; Knowledge of Linux System and VI.
