We are looking for a curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented Tech Support Specialist interested in management path to join our growing Tech and Product team in Barcelona.
As a Tech Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between our clients, Customer Success teams, and Engineering organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring technical issues are identified, investigated, communicated, and resolved with high quality and speed.
