General Description
The Technical Support Manager is the technical specialist with deep expertise in dies, rolls, parts, hammers, and screens, providing critical technical support to both the sales organization and customers—internally and externally. The role is experienced in delivering technical training to enhance team capabilities and customer understanding. Serves as a key stakeholder in NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) management, ensuring quality standards, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across operations.
