About the Role
. Provide technical resolution and support to service dealers, fleet customers, and internal department. (Including: technical investigation, root cause analysis and propose countermeasure.)
. Analysis of key market indicators (warranty, VOC, DMS data.) to identify/early detection of vehicles’ quality/technical issues.
. Collect customer/market feedback on the product quality issue and report to relevant parties for rectification, countermeasure action & product improvement activity.
. To implement and provide technical administration/information for aftersales service dealers which included service/technical information and bulletin, field fix report and countermeasure action plan deployment.
. Ensure dealer and customer satisfaction by providing excellent field service and technical advice
