  • Conduct technical discussions during the pre‑sales phase to thoroughly understand customer needs and provide professional guidance in configuring appropriate solutions.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries from customers during the pre‑sales stage.
  • Design and deliver customized technical solutions, including preparing and providing detailed product configuration documentation.
  • Manage all technical aspects of projects throughout their lifecycle—from initial consultation, solution design, and production planning, through to delivery support, including documentation, installation, and commissioning.
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate market information, including competitor products. Draft technical proposals and relevant documentation for both internal and external purposes.
