Technical Support Engineer – Full-time, Office-based
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to keep our business-critical applications and IT infrastructure running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who solves problems across applications and systems and helps colleagues get the most out of their tech.
What you'll do
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support across hardware, software, and core business applications (Business Central 365, Centric PLM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and more)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and MS365 profiles with a strong focus on security
- Own incidents, requests, and change processes related to applications and IT systems
- Diagnose and resolve application/infrastructure issues, escalating when needed
- Support and maintain networks, hardware, and office AV equipment
