We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer (L1) to join our team and grow with us. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a high-performance platform and develop technical skills in SQL and debugging.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the first point of contact for Level 1 support tickets
- Monitor live chats and assist users proactively
- Investigate and troubleshoot platform issues using logs and internal tools
- Run and manage basic SQL queries , with guidance and oversight
- Escalate complex problems to the development team with clear and structured tickets
