Job Description

• Linux, Unix Shell Scripting
• Middleware/communication protocol and scheduling tool (SFTP, Connect Direct, Control-M, IBM MQ, etc)
• Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting for designated systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to system events, alerts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in L2 support or similar roles.
