Job OverviewTechnical Support Engineer – Integration Success Team (APAC), responsible for supporting partners’ Wise Platform API integrations.
Responsibilities- Provide rapid and effective support for partner issues via email, phone, or video conferencing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex API behavior problems and incidents.
- Act as first responder for major incidents and coordinate across global internal teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to provide product feedback.
- Develop deep expertise in Wise API, SWIFT products, and partner integrations.
- Maintain 24/5 coverage balance with on‑call and out‑of‑hours availability.
