This role is responsible for managing complex cases, performing root cause analysis, supporting new product readiness, and developing customized technical solutions in coordination with factories, suppliers, and regional and global teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced technical support to customers and Vertiv Services teams through specialized consultation using technical libraries, Vertiv factories, and approved suppliers for Power segment products.
- Utilize Vertiv’s dedicated communication channels (email, SharePoint, Life, and 0800) while following defined support protocols and providing detailed technical responses for installed equipment.
