• Client is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Support Associate to support our Operations Repair & Maintenance Team within Optics Manufacturing.


• The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring production readiness and uptime across multiple factories, including Optical Fabrication, Diamond Point Turning, Optical Coating, and Assembly/Test.


• You will work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to proactively address factory equipment needs, implement preventive maintenance, and lead or support equipment upgrades and installations.
