Technical support administrator

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Support Administrator to join our team, supporting both project‑based initiatives and business‑as‑usual (BAU) activities. This role is also open to someone with a keen interest in building a career in financial services specifically within the AML/CDD/EDD risk review environment. Initially, the role will focus on reviewing existing client records to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations and supporting the implementation of a new i DCRM system, this will include remediation activities.
