About the Role

Description
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide direct onsite IT support for end users across the Salem District

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and wireless device issues

+ Support Microsoft environments including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams

+ Manage service requests using help desk ticketing and tracking systems

+ Perform problem identification, escalation, and resolution tracking while ensuring timely communication with users

+ Support field staff in adopting and utilizing new technologies to improve operational efficiency

+ Provide basic training and guidance to end users on systems and applications (preferred)

+ Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials (nice to have)

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective technology deployment and support
