About the Role
LabCorp is seeking a **Lab Supervisor** to join our team at the Halsey Lab in Portland, OR.
**Work Schedule:** Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Supervise the day to day operations of the lab
+ Act as a technical resource for high volume areas including Chemistry, Hematology, and Urinalysis
+ Provide support and guidance on specialized testing such as Electrophoresis, CT/NG, Viral Load, Flow Cytometry, and Toxicology
+ Ensure laboratory tests are accurately performed and results are reported in a timely manner
+ Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel of the department
+ Monitor daily workflow in the lab and schedule adequate assay coverage
+ Responsible for ensuring all shifts in the department are properly staffed
+ Research and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessary
+ Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
+ Ensure all equipment is being proper...
