Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to manage and support offshore fleet operations, ensuring technical reliability, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and cost control. The role requires close coordination with vessel teams, management, and vendors to maintain high operational standards across the fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned offshore vessels to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
- Review and approve technical requisitions and service requests.
- Monitor compliance with Planned Maintenance System (PMS) requirements and follow up on overdue jobs.
- Review month-end technical reports and provide corrective and preventive recommendations.
- Monitor lube oil analysis, machinery performance, and defect trends, ensuring timely rectification plans are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with Class, Flag, statutory, and company requirements.
