• Provide technical support and benchmarking analysis for engineering solutions
• Assist in product demonstrations, exhibitions, events, and system installations
• Conduct product knowledge sharing and technical guidance for customers
• Propose and implement Machine Vision and Deep Learning solutions
• Support application development for assigned product groups such as HALCON and Deep Learning solutions
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, sales team, and engineers to deliver effective solutionsOrganize and conduct beginner to intermediate technical training classes for customers
• Support presales activities and customer solution discussions
