Technical Services- Representative Lead

Responsibilities

• Visit customer’s site to observe technical functions such as line running and technical issues.
• Collect necessary data at the customer site to analyze the actual problem from a technical perspective.
• Identify root cause under the supervision of the TS manager.
• Build a good relationship with customers for collaboration.
• Perform basic lab instrument tests for basic property testing.
• Rapidly learn additional lab tests under TS manager supervision.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support and expertise to customers.
• Prepare test reports in a timely manner and take minutes during customer visits.
• Conduct monthly 2P line audits and technical audits of customers’ coating lines as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemicals, packaging, food industry or related field.
