Technical Services Manager

Summary

The Technical Services Manager is responsible for all maintenance activities, resources and equipment across Technical Services workshops and facilities to ensure the consistent delivery of maintenance services in compliance with applicable safety and serviceability standards

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages all the activities related to the assigned workshop and ensure that all resources (Manpower, parts, tools) are available to ensure all services can be delivered on time and to high quality standards.
• Manages the activities related to the assigned workshops and takes necessary actions to deliver the services to the customers, with the objective of delivering maximum serviceability and best value Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Evaluates maintenance trends, technical proposals and material quotations, and provide actionable feedback as part of the management team.
